Our team was visited by our friends from Turin. Two matches were played:a "friendly" at Starks Park and a "challenge" trophy match. The later was named in honour of the late Joe Baker who played for both senior teams. Thanks to Raith Rovers FC for their support on the Sturday and to Mr Bakers widow Sonia for presenting the trophy and blessing the sentiment of the Sunday game. Thanks also to "Raith Rovers former Players Association" and of course our Torinese visitors who represented their team, City and the concept of friendship with great dignity.
